Very Innovative at the same interesting toys for toddlers and young kids

My friend received the gift box promptly and the box of toys and items are very well presented. The ability to customised the gift and flexibility to add on for customised gift for twins is very good. Also the items are practical and can be kept longer for receiver. Highly recommended.

Had kaiby box from my friend when I had my baby. Items inside are all good for my baby, love the contrasting cards which I wanted to buy when baby gets a bit older. My baby is also using the mini bear comforter now at 6months old.

Unique educational baby box gift for newborn!

The Kaiby Boxes are beautifully packed and are full of wonderful delights for baby. I have bought a couple of boxes for my friends children, one of them won't be separated from the flash cards - even wanting to take them into the shower with her! They are very high quality and perfect for newborns and little people.

Received a Kaiby box from a friend and its been super useful. I would play with my daughter using the child safe mirror and development cards. The other books - probably for a bit older (6-9 months) but really looking forward to letting my daughter flip them. So useful that I'm getting it for all my friends who have just got newborns!

We ordered this for a friend and found that there was a good selection of age-appropriate and adorable products. Generally, the process of ordering was smooth except when we tried to check out and make payment. The system kept glitching and prompting us to log-in with our existing account even though it was our first purchase with Kaiby Box. In the end, we had to log in with the newly created account on a separate page before the transaction could go through.

Received a kaiby box when I had my newborn and I loved it. Hence now sending it as a gift to a family with newborn! 🙂

Kudos to the customer service team - they shortened the embroidery service lead time to one day - very impressive. The gift was well packed and delivered to my friend’s house. Unfortunately the team put the wrong gift card to the box - which was indeed disappointing especially for first time customer. However, after raising the issue to their customer service team, they apologised and quickly fixed the issue on the same day by preparing another box with the correct gift card for me, which I really appreciate. Last but not the least - my friends loved the gift! Will definitely shop here again!
