  • Delivery to Office Address: We recommend choosing our Choose-your-date Delivery to ensure that your gift will reach the recipient within the delivery window as our courier partners may deliver on weekends due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivering Timing: 9AM to 10PM (MON-SAT)

• Choose-your-date Delivery
  • You will receive your order on your chosen delivery date after placing your order.
  • Delivering Timing: 9AM to 9PM (MON-SAT)

• Same-day Delivery (Order Before 11am):
  • You will receive your order within the same day before 9pm. If you require same-day delivery after our order cut-off timing at 11am, kindly WhatsApp us at +65 8874 3740.
  • If you place your order after the cut-off timing of 11am, your order will be delivered on the next working day before 9pm.

For Malaysia Orders (Min. $100 Box):

• Express Shipping
  • You will receive your order within 2 to 5 working days.

For International Orders (Min. $100 Box):

• We ship to Hong Kong, USA, South Korea, Australia, and Brunei.
• Standard Shipping:
  • Receive your order within 5 to 15 working days. If you need it by a certain date, do not choose this shipping option. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there might be delays.
• Express Shipping:
  • Receive your order within 2 to 5 working days (3 to 7 working days for USA). If you need it by a certain date, choose this shipping option. Please check the delivery time during checkout.
