When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address as it provides us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 4 – STRIPE

Stripe provides us with the online payment gateway that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall, through Stripe’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer subject to this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service and may be subject to the laws and regulations governing the said third-party websites or application.

To protect your personal information, we endeavour to take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption (as may be varied, amended and modified from time to time). Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the legal age of majority in your state, province or country of residence (whichever applicable), or that you are the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

SECTION 9 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT (PDPA)

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), organisations are required to develop and implement policies and practices that are necessary to meet its obligations under the PDPA, as well as to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee the data protection responsibilities within the organisation and ensure compliance with the PDPA.
